Very very exciting times returning to the UK after 6 years away, especially whilst exploring the nutrition and food boutiques (even Waitrose supermarket got me very giddy!)  Suffice to say, I am going to have FUN cooking here in London!!

Yesterday’s lunching nibbles included something very new for my tastebuds – the wonderful samphire – which was sautéed in a little olive oil with organic mix beans, alfalfa/broccoli and China Rose sprouts 🙂
