And the Tour of Britain stage 8 was quite a sight along the Embankment! The riders endured a time-trial at 11:00, followed later by a circuit at 15:30… and the crowds enjoyed every minute!

Here, I snapped a few pics with my smartphone – not the best action shots but a little memento all the same! This article is dedicated to my Belgie friends, T & M, who treated me to a lovely breakfast at Henry’s Cafe before the bike race πŸ™‚ (Hope to see you again soon!!)

ToB was a bit of a nailbiter for a change this year. Good to see that you caught some of it!

    • It was very exciting watching the race along the Thames; really good vibes in the crowds and plenty going on around it πŸ™‚
And wait until you see Richmond Park these days… this has become a cycling paradise for wannabe Cancelleras πŸ™‚ Hmmm… I need my Canyon out of storage… ;-D
